Diastolic dysfunction has been reported in patients with COVID-19. Due to the role of N-terminal pro-brain natriuretic peptide (NT-proBNP) diagnosis heart failure, this study investigated relationship between serum NT-proBNP levels and diastolic failure This descriptive-analytical was performed at Ayatollah Rouhani Hospital Babol. Fifty-two confirmed COVID-19 diagnosis, who were admitted ICU, included study. The primary outcome about predictive severe SARS-CoV-2 infection. Patients pro BNP > 125 pg/ml underwent echocardiography, echocardiographic indices assessed as secondary outcome. Our showed that plasma increased associated disease severity.
